It's a resource that we've been putting off completing for a while now, but now it is finally done. I speak, of course, of the official Saga Machine GM Screen. This three-page landscape-style screen presents most of the important tables found in the core Saga Machine book in a concise and condensed format, perfect for easy reference by game masters during a session. This landscape layout also allows for easy use with a number of interchangeable GM Screen displays on the market, or holds together well if printed on simple cardstock....
This week we have another variant character sheet online. This time it's the Blank Skills Character Sheet, a variation of our All-Modules Character Sheet, except with the skills in the skills section left blank. This sheet is useful for Saga Machine games do not make use of the default skills list....
It took slightly longer than expected, but it's finally here: The 'Trystell: Reborn - Basics supplement has been released! Not only is this the very first supplement to Saga Machine, it also is the very first of our PDF supplements supporting theTrystell: Reborn setting, the new re-envisioned version of Trystell (Trystell has long the Tab Creations Collective's flagship campaign setting). Weighing in at 58 pages, the Basics supplement present everything one needs to play in the Trystell: Reborn setting using the Saga Machine ruleset....
If you're familiar with Saga Machine you know it's basic action mechanic involves rolling three ten-sided dice and using the middle result. In this Freebie Spotlight we present out first set of alternate rule options, this time focusing on different possible core action mechanics. Included in the spotlight are rules for how to change Saga Machine's core mechanic to use 3d4-2 (for a steeper bell curve) or use 1d10 (for a simple, linear set of results).
