We are happy to announce the release of a new PDF supplement for our Trystell: Reborn line. This supplement, Trystell: Reborn Background Tables, presents thirteen pages of new tables for randomly generating a character's background, or simply inspiring the writing of the character's background. Tables include character height, weight, eye color, hair, name, surname, specialties, number of siblings, relationship status and more. An immense aid to the character creation process!...
How to represent game mechanics clearly and concisely in the text of game supplements can be a tricky thing to get right. But we're always aiming to improve the written conventions we use when doing so. With that in mind, today we have released a document updating the conventions we have used since the release of the initial Saga Machine core rulebook. This document, the New Mechanic Conventions, is available from the Saga Machine page, and its conventions will see use in future Saga Machine freebies and supplements....
It's been a good quarter. Let's start by going over what's been accomplished in the last three months. Most prominently, we released our first final setting for the Saga Machine role-playing system: The Zeotis, our modern day superheros setting. It's right now available here and in the Tab Store. Also very much of note, we had two different releases for our Trystell: Reborn setting--a print product, Trystell: Reborn Poster Map, and a PDF supplement, Trystell: Reborn Pre-Generated Characters, which provides a full party of ready-made player characters that groups can use to test out the Trystell: Reborn setting....
