Dime Adventures: Week 9

This is a big one! Later today we will be sending backers the initial PDF version of the Dime Adventures core rulebook! We should also be making the monthly Kickstarter post. This is weeks ahead of schedule!

As usual for us, we'll be asking backers to look over the book and report to us an typos or errors that slipped through the production process. Unfortunately the timing is such that we only have a week to allot for this. On Thursday, April 20th we will integrate any fixes into the text, release a corrected version of the PDF and begin the process of ordering a printing proof. Assuming that the printing proof is good, the corrected book should be available print-on-demand and available to the general public via DriveThruRPG in early May.

Meanwhile, we've already started making progress on the unlocked add-ons and other supplements.

Week's Progress

Here is a bulleted list of everything we've accomplished in the past week.

• We received the final piece of artwork, indexed the core rulebook, put together the cover and did a PDF proofing pass.
• The core rulebook PDF is assembled and is ready to be uploaded to DriveThruRPG and sent to backers later today.
• World's Fair was received from the editor. Its edits are waiting for review.
• The character sheet was assembled for final release and an interactive PDF form was attached. This is queued for release behind the core rulebook.
• The GM Screen Inserts, Consequence Cards and Poster Map are in the final stages of layout.
• The Virtual Tabletop Pack was submitted to Roll20 for approval.
• A trivially small amount of writing progress was made on Ready-Made Heroes.
• Nine out of the 11 characters for the Character/Boss backers are complete. We still have yet to hear from 2 backers. If you're one of these backers, contact us ASAP and we can fit your character into either the Ready-Made Heroes or Expedition Beyond Mount Terror supplements.
