Four times a year we post a quarterly update, with news about what we've been working on and a bit about what to expect in the upcoming quarter. This is the update for Q2 2020.
As might be expected, the big push for us this quarter is fulfilling the Age of Ambition Kickstarter and all of its unlocked stretch goals.
We're happy to say that the Age of Ambition core rulebook was released last week in PDF. As usual, we're collecting reports of any errors that slipped through production and will release a corrected PDF on May 28. In the meantime, you can send us reports of any errors using the contact page. The print version of the Age of Ambition is also still available for preorder.
The core rulebook's release is a major milestone for us, but there is still a lot of work to do for the unlocked supplements and adventures. You can find a brief summary of the state of each of them below.
Production of these supplements is likely to take us the rest of the quarter and into early Q3. Our best estimate right now is that the physical books will be sent out sometime around July.
In non-Age of Ambition news, we released Shadows Over Sol: Crash Zone last month. We also have another Shadows Over Sol scenario in the works for July. Both of these are made possible through our generous Patreon patrons.
Speaking of Patreon, we're considering some possible changes to its structure to best support all of our game lines. We're considering doing some smaller but more frequent releases. Patrons already got an exclusive preview of one such release last week. At the moment we're still soliciting patrons for feedback, but we plan to announce any changes alongside the July releases.
Moving on, Against the Dark Yogi is currently available in a charity bundle raising money for COVID-19 research. We've also sold through the very last of our physical Ganjifa decks, meaning that they're now out of print.
Looking further to the future, we have some plans for Shadows Over Sol that should begin in the fall, as well as plenty of upcoming support for Age of Ambition. We're also examining the possible finances of a second Ganjifa print run and whether it makes sense.
And that's it now. We hope everyone has a great quarter ahead and stays safe. Good gaming!
