It's time for the quarterly Tab Update! Let's review our progress over the last few months and take a look at what the future has in store.
To begin with, I have good news to report about the second printing of our Ganjifa cards. The physical decks have arrived at our fulfillment partner's warehouse and the Kickstarter rewards have started shipping out! With any luck, all rewards will be in the hands of backers over the next few weeks.
In February we launched our first experimental "quickstarter," a short, focused Kickstarter campaign intended to fund a smaller product. It was for Age of Ambition: Expert Bestiary. I'm pleased to report that the quickstarter was a success. Not only did we fund, but we made enough to show that the quickstarter model may be a good fit for us in the future.
Speaking of which, our second quickstarter - for an action horror adventure named Shadows Over Sol: Disjunction - is currently ongoing. If you haven't yet, go check it out in the next few days!
Looking to the future, Age of Ambition: Tainted Gold is on target for a July release. It will launch both on our Patreon and - assuming the latest quickstarter goes well - on Kickstarter as well. Meanwhile, we have accepted drafts of two new scenarios: Shadows Over Sol: Dark Abyss (working title) and Age of Ambition: The Forslin Job (again, working title). Both are awaiting editing.
Last but not least, the writing for Age of Ambition: What Lies Beneath, the first full-length campaign and sourcebook for that game line, is going well. The sourcebook material is almost completed, the campaign itself is roughly a third written and the playtest is underway. As our next big project, we expect to kickstart it sometime in the fall.
