Four times a year we post a quarterly update with news about what we've been working on and a bit about what to expect in the upcoming quarter. This is the update for Q3 2020.
As with last quarter, the bulk of our work the past few months has been fulfilling the Age of Ambition Kickstarter and all of its unlocked stretch goals. Since the last quarterly update we've released the corrected PDF of the core rulebook, the Consequence Cards, GM Screen Inserts, Poster Map, Bestiary, Campaign Options, Character Options, proofed the Deluxe Box, released Digging Deeper and Out of Shackles. I'm also happy to say that as of yesterday Will to Power has been finished (aside from ordering the physical proof), leaving only one stretch goal left to write: Time Forgot.
Wow, that's a lot! We've also gotten the July Patreon release, Shadows Over Sol: Into the Flames, written, edited, laid out and queued for release next week. And physical orders have been placed for the $40 backers. For a quick summary of all of the stretch goals, here's where things currently stand:
Production of the final unlocked adventure should wrap up in the next couple weeks, but physical fulfillment is likely to stretch through August and maybe even into the first couple weeks of September, depending on the turn-around time for orders.
Looking further into the future, we have a bundle of One-Sheet Scenarios planned as our October Patreon release. They will first be sent to patrons and then see DriveThruRPG releases at about the rate of one a week. We also have some plans for future Shadows Over Sol and Age of Ambition support that are still in the outline stage. Finally, we're continuing to examine the possible finances of a second Ganjifa print run and whether it makes sense for us.
