Hello, friends, fans and gaming family! It's the third quarter and things are cooking here at Tab Creations!
Since the last update, we've released The Black Auction for Age of Ambition. We launched our official Discord server. We also quietly released Foundry 12 support for Saga Machine Unified. Speaking of which, Saga Machine Unified is currently in its final round of public playtests, and we want your feedback! The playtest ends early this fall.
And now the big news, in case you haven't heard it yet: Shadows Over Sol, Second Edition is coming to Kickstarter next summer! Please visit the link below and then click "Notify me on launch." Every follower the campaign has helps boost its visibility. In the coming months we plan to post many previews. The first, covering the SOS 2e core mechanic, is already available!
If you've been watching closely, you may even have noticed that a new full-length campaign and sourcebook is coming this fall. Strange Bedfellows for Age of Ambition is the second full campaign for that game line. It follows a group of movers and shakers in the city of Melanoc as they seek to improve the realm, advance their personal ambitions, navigate politics and face an apocalyptic danger lurking in their midst.
Along the way, the party must make unlikely alliances and tough choices, uncover a conspiracy that threatens to stoke the flames of civil unrest and thwart a sinister plot hatched by meddling spies.
Expect it to be officially announced in the coming month, even if we did just let it slip. Oops!
Looking to the future, our plans are pretty packed. The next several months include crowdfunding Strange Bedfellows, wrapping up the Saga Machine Unified playtest, spreading the word about Shadows Over Sol, 2e, improving our Foundry VTT support and increasing our social media outreach. We also plan to review how our products appear on the new DriveThruRPG site and decide what to do with our Patreon given upcoming changes to Pateon's billing methods. That should keep us busy.
